  For us, ‘Sales’ means making companies enthusiastic about Facelift Cloud! This is a step-by-step process of “Global Sales Data” → “Pre-Sales” → “Sales”. In this way, our efficient work processes allow us to locate and contact the right person without being overwhelmed by vast quantities of data. Our sales staff then establish the best configuration and use of Facelift Cloud for each client in order to achieve the best results for their companies. Here, a friendly, competent and sympathetic manner of working is our calling card!

  

• Finance + HR & Corporate Development

  We have to get the numbers right if we’re to achieve the high goals we set for ourselves. With professional solutions and teamwork, we constantly face complex tasks in forecasting, balancing and in our daily business. Our HR and Corporate Development team looks after all internal growth processes and, initialed by discussions with potential colleagues and recruiting, for all our staff’s HR processes. They ensure training, regular feedback with management and our colleagues’ individual development all run as smoothly as possible. We are always there for our staff and do everything we can to make working together that much easier, even across our international locations and departments.

  

• Development

  The heart of Facelift, also called the “engine room”, is our development department. Facelift Cloud is a high-quality piece of software which is being continually developed in Hamburg, Germany. Aspects such as continuous delivery, the "living styleguide" and central error tracking are inherent aspects of our ecosystem. In small, but highly effective teams with flat hierarchies, we follow Scrum procedures. Our developers communicate regularly across various platforms to ensure that everyone can contribute their ideas. Our stack is state-of-the-art and we always keep an eye open for new technologies!

  

• Marketing

  As a Facelift marketer, you’re on a mission to make the world more inbound. We’re a team of content creators, social media gurus, and event experts. We’re product marketers, conversion specialists, and graphic designers. Together, we’re revolutionizing the future of inbound marketing to help thousands of businesses improve their social media marketing. • Operations

  In the “Operations“ department we pool activities like technical deployment, services and account management / consulting. Our dedicated “Client Partners“ give advice and support to our clients during the complete contractual period. If required, they are supported by our specially trained “Product Specialists” that supply further valuable impulses with regard to the successful and efficient use of the product or provide special services towards our customers. In the case of technical concerns, the customer support (“Direct Support”) assists our clients on many channels – from E-Mail to In-App.
