Account Management

Our account managers are the point of contact for our 1200+ regular clients, should they have questions or concerns. They offer advice on contractual issues, as well as coordinating and developing relationships with clients. Internally, they take the requisite steps for each case and ensure first-rate service. They also keep the client up to speed on any matters relating to Facelift Cloud improvements and updates. Facebook is one of the most efficient marketing channels, since the marketing campaigns conducted on Facebook reach the correct target audience. Our media specialists have agency and media backgrounds and advise clients in all aspects of their campaign planning, preparation, execution and evaluation. Through this close cooperation, we ensure long-term relationships and client satisfaction. We are not an official Facebook marketing partner for nothing!


The heart of Facelift, also called the “engine room”, is our development department. The Facelift Cloud is a high-quality piece of software which is being continually developed in Hamburg, Germany. Aspects such as continuous delivery, the "living styleguide" and central error tracking are inherent aspects of our ecosystem. In small, but highly effective teams with flat hierarchies, we follow Scrum procedures. Our developers communicate regularly across various platforms to ensure that everyone can contribute their ideas. Our stack is state-of-the-art and we always keep an eye open for new technologies!

Finance + HR and Corporate Development

We have to get the numbers right if we’re to achieve the high goals we set for ourselves. With professional solutions and teamwork, we constantly face complex tasks in forecasting, balancing and in our daily business. Our HR and Corporate Development team looks after all internal growth processes and, initialed by discussions with potential colleagues and recruiting, for all our staff’s HR processes. They ensure training, regular feedback with management and our colleagues’ individual development all run as smoothly as possible. We are always there for our staff and do everything we can to make working together that much easier, even across our international locations and departments.


The Managed Services, Customer Success and Direct Support departments are all grouped together under the “Operations” umbrella. Part of this team’s responsibilities includes private or public product demonstrations of the Facelift Cloud, e.g.: as part of a dedicated Academy program or on-boarding sessions on how to use the platform. The Success Management department, on the other hand, advises on strategic, technical or content-related aspects of the implementation of marketing concepts and ensures that every client receives the best possible results. Managed Services concerns the running of online campaigns and the handling of our engagement module for specific client projects. Our Direct Support team is always on hand to answer any technical queries our customers may have.


For us, ‘Sales’ means making companies enthusiastic about the Facelift Cloud! This is a step-by-step process of “Global Sales Data” → “Pre-Sales” → “Sales”. In this way, our efficient work processes allow us to locate and contact the right person without being overwhelmed by vast quantities of data.
